You can see in your Metrics tab your overall open rate, your open rate for certain types of campaigns, and your open rate for a single campaign.

To get that open rate higher, here are some suggestions to consider when building out a campaign. 

  • Make sure users have opted in to your email list
  • Remove emails that have unsubscribed from any other software you have used to send emails
  • Remove anyone who has not opened an email in the past 6 months (these are likely inactive)
  • Do not use an email list that is purchased or scraped
  • Segment your list and create videos specific to the different segments
