In the case of a Multi Department Pass (aka when one organization has several departments), there also exists a "Super Admin". This user can have access to all sub-accounts to be able to quality control content, build teams, and check metrics.
Contact your Customer Success Manager with the name and email you would like listed as a super-admin and we'll add them to all of the portals.
If you are a super-admin, you can switch between portals by clicking on the My Account dropdown > Switch Portals.
Next, you can choose which portal you would like to switch to.
