If a ThankView is sent to a landline, it does not immediately detect the difference. But if it IS a landline, that contact will be added to the "Undeliverable" report that is generated after every send. 

If your ThankView is unable to be delivered to certain emails or phone numbers, we generate a report and mark those contacts in RED within your contract sheet. You can download your undeliverable report and are able to update contact info for those people if you'd like.
