If a recipient is not showing up on your Send page, please double check that a video is attached to them in the Videos section of your campaign.
A recipient will not show up unless they have a video attached to them. Once you add a recipient to a campaign, you must record, upload, or select a video for them on the Videos page. You cannot send a ThankView without a video.
Once there is a video attached to their name, the recipient will appear on the Schedule and Send page and your send is good to go.
